Get Jersey Shore Abs In 3 Steps

Hey guys, If you read my previous post you know that the male cast members of The jersey shore are no strangers to hard work in the gym…

But I wanted to give 3 steps that will accelerate your journey to getting Jersey Shore Abs…

Step #1- Pick out a proven workout program and follow it to the letter, their is tons of free information available online about working out, getting lean, and building muscle.  I must admit though, I never had luck when following a Free program, My best results came when I commited myself to a proven system, tracked my progress, and set clear and defined goals. One program I highly recommend Is Visual Impact Muscle Building by Rusty Moore. it was designed to give you that ripped, lean hollywood look.

Step #2- Follow a clean diet rich with whole foods like chicken, fish, steak, etc.  Just like your workouts  your diet plan has to be on point too. You can bet Mike “The Situation” Santinno keeps a very close eye on what he puts in his body, despite the nights out at the clubs drinking ;) .  Like the workout program, I found it easier to follow a proven step by step system, one I highly recommend is Eat Stop Eat by Brad Pillon. It makes use of 2 days per week of 24 hour fasting.  Heres a video that explains some details…

Step #3- Get yourself a dedicated training partner, this is often overlooked but in my experience if you have a partner you will push yourself harder and you also have someone to keep you acountable to your goals. Now I know sometimes you have no choice and must soldier it alone, this i recommend an ipod and some motivating music :) .

So to get those elusive shrink wrapped looking Jersey Shore Abs, you need a proven system, a good diet, a reliable training partner or ipod, and a little determination and attitude.

The Jersey Shore Workout to get those Abs

Hey Guys,

I stumbled upon some photos of the cast members working out during their downtime…

Now please dont be fooled these guys put in alot of hard work to achieve their jersey shore abs, being that they prolly spend just as much time time drinking in bars their diet and and jersey shore workout have to be in check or they would not be able to see those abs.

After looking at a few pictures of Mike “The Situation” Santinno, Vinny, And Ronny it looks like they do a mixture of Bodyweight Calistenics and heavy duty resistence band work to achieve those jersey shore abs...

Being around the fitness industry I would venture to say they eat a very clean diet despite the drinking. So for you guys trying to achieve the jersey shore look, i would suggest a diet that is low in carbs, no junk food, soda, and made up mainly of protein like steak and chicken and lots of veggietables.

Now in following this type of diet you will only be able to get so lean, probably just to about 10-11% bodyfat. To get to the level that Mike “The situation” is at it takes a method I have found called the shrink wrap effect.
